Life Coaching

You will get the opportunity to create and accomplish the life that you want, from the perspective of “having it all.” You will deep dive into your life to discover areas where there is a loss of power or a feeling of being “stuck,” and transcend the limitations you have put on yourself.

Life coaching consists of a weekly one-on-one call to both deal with breakdowns as well as celebrating breakthroughs. Together, you will create the life of your dreams and remove what’s in the way of having it.

Tomm is a graduate of the Team, Management and Leadership Program, a two-year global leadership, team management, and coaching training. He is committed to everyone in his world winning in their own lives. And they do.

Fitness Coaching

Fitness training with Tomm is a life transformation. As a former professional bodybuilder turned World Champion martial artist, Tomm brings 22 years of experience to transforming your body temple and your life.

This training includes a combination of plyometrics, calisthenics, resistance training, martial arts, and stretching. Each session begins with intention setting and ends with a meditation. You will go beyond your limits and release stuck energy while building a fit, strong, flexible and vital body.

Fitness coaching is available one-on-one, or in groups of up to 4, in Westwood Park in Los Angeles or in client’s private home or local park.

Nutrition Coaching

Monday-Friday
10am – 6pm pst

Rooted in Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine, Tomm approaches each nutrition client holistically.

You will dive together into your daily routines and eating habits to discover where there are imbalances and what can be replaced with healthier options that provide a more vital life.

You will learn to approach food as medicine.
You will discover what works for your body’s optimal health on a weekly call.

Nutrition coaching consists of a weekly one-on-one call over the course of 3-6 months, depending on your personal goals.
